About our Team

The Sales Enablement team insures our sales teams have the training, tools, programs and content needed to achieve success. We work closely with sales leadership to identify and determine development areas and specific team needs and then develop initiatives to address those gaps.
 

About the Role

The Sales Enablement Manager facilitates performance through guiding sales managers to empower and develop their teams through coaching, development planning and fostering a performance-oriented culture. This position works closely with the VP of Sales and cross functionally to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals. This role will be central in the transformation of the sales organization in the US, Mexico, and Brazil.
 

Responsibilities

  • Working with Sales Leaders to determine development areas and develop sales enablement initiatives to address those gaps.

  • Developing and conducting regular training sessions, workshops, and provide coaching to improve sales capabilities.

  • Creating and curating a sales toolkit, including pitch decks, sales playbooks, and value-based selling guides for our show brands

  • Collaborating with the Global Sales Readiness manager, marketing and product teams to ensure customer facing sales materials are aligned with value-based selling.

  • Analyzing and optimizing the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Acting as a point of contact for Global Sales Solutions to improve systems adoption and identify the need for sales systems enhancements.

  • Providing insights and data-driven recommendations for sales process improvements through CRM and KPI Dashboards.


Requirements

  • Have experience in sales enablement, coaching, team leadership, commercial excellence, B2B sales or a related role within a B2B environment.

  • Demonstrate in depth understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Be able to travel internationally occasionally, as needed.

  • Have advanced analytic, and problem-solving skills, organizational and planning skills
